Yes, we offer onboard and shore-based training for crew members, focusing on energy efficiency practices, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives. This training helps your crew adopt best practices to maintain optimal vessel performance and reduce environmental impact.
IMO-DCS (Data Collection System) is a regulation by the International Maritime Organization that requires ships over 5,000 gross tons to report their annual fuel consumption data. Compliance is essential to demonstrate your commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and to ensure you meet international regulatory standards.
While both regulations focus on monitoring emissions, EU-MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) specifically applies to ships calling at EU ports. It requires more detailed CO₂ emissions data than IMO-DCS and mandates that it be verified by an independent third party before submission.
SEEMP (Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan) is a framework for improving energy efficiency onboard ships. Part 1 outlines energy management practices, Part 2 focuses on IMO-DCS compliance, and Part 3 includes measures for maintaining or improving a vessel's Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII). Having all three parts helps ensure regulatory compliance and enhances vessel efficiency.
We provide guidance on compliance with the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) by helping you manage emissions allowances and develop cost-effective strategies. For FuelEU Maritime, we assist in meeting carbon intensity limits and provide documentation support to ensure your vessels comply with EU decarbonization targets.
Remote Energy Management allows you to access the expertise of an onboard energy manager without the physical presence. We monitor your vessel's performance through data, provide real-time alerts, and offer insights to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce emissions, all from a remote setting.
Hull cleaning frequency depends on the vessel's operating environment, speed, and fuel consumption patterns. Regular hull cleaning reduces drag, which can significantly improve fuel efficiency. We help monitor hull fouling levels and recommend an optimal cleaning schedule for your fleet.
